Our work
A few examples of what tailored automation looks like in practice. Client names are withheld for confidentiality.
The problem. An Australian insurance brokerage produced a new client’s pack by re-typing the same details — legal name, trading name, address, policy period — across roughly seven separate documents. Slow, repetitive and easy to get wrong.
What we built. A custom Windows app that takes a single intake form and instantly generates the entire pack, correctly filled — with staff-editable templates, built-in rate calculators and smart field-matching.
The outcome. A slow, error-prone half-hour of copy-paste per client became a one-click job — consistent every time, and maintainable by non-technical staff.
The problem. Sensitive meetings couldn’t be sent to cloud transcription services — but writing minutes by hand was eating time.
What we built. A local desktop app that transcribes meeting audio and summarises it into structured minutes using an on-device AI model — packaged as a one-click installer that needs nothing pre-installed.
The outcome. Fast, structured minutes with total privacy — nothing ever leaves the business. A genuine fit for finance, health and professional-services clients.
The problem. A client’s website had subtle issues quietly hurting credibility and search — the kind that are easy to miss from the inside.
What we did. A structured, end-to-end review — testing the enquiry form live and auditing the site for image, formatting, content and metadata problems.
The outcome. A prioritised, developer-ready action list — an easy, low-risk first engagement that quickly paid for itself in credibility.
